Finding issues with JETI

Hi,

we receive maintenance mails with an ID in the subject. For further mails I want to find the existing issue and a only a comment. But I did not manage to find the issues. I tried all combinations of Regex

• ^.*\[(.*)\].*$
• .*\[(.*)\].*
• \[(.*)\]
• (\[.*\])
• and many more

and many combinations with JQL search

• summary ~ "\\$!group0\\"
• summary ~ "$!group0" OR summary ~ "$!group1"
• summary ~ "$!group0"
• summary ~ "\\[$!group0\\]"
• and many more

Subject looks like "[1057744] bla bla bla" or "bla [1057744] bla bla"

Can some help to figure out the correct setup?
