We have a filter setup as follows...
"Request Type" = "PRISM Incident (ITS)"
and when we exported to excel, csv etc, the export would contain the request type field as the above example.
However as of this morning, the export just shows incident type whereas as yesterday it showed the filtered request type name
Has something changed in the back end functionality?
Even added request type manually in the columns however the export ignores the column view
