Filter Reporter Field

Hello Jira Community,

Is there a way to filter the reporter field in Jira. I wanted to see all tickets submitted by people outside of my organization. If my email domain is @[deleted].com, then I would like to filter for all reporter where email does not contain "abc.com" and these are all people outside of my company.

How do you do this in Filter? Is this possible in Advanced Query, can you let me know the jql for this ,please?

Hi @jmercado 

You cannot filter on domain in the Report field for the moment.

There's an outstanding suggestion for this: JRACLOUD-61425

However, if you make use of Organizations and add the members of your own company into an organization, you can filter out that organization in your issue search.

Would you be so kind to direct me on how to add my own company into an org, is there a requirement for this? is this something my IT has to do or a project admin has power, too?
