Field "Pending Reason" is new a mandatory field on the request form in the portal

Hi Team,

since last week the field "Pending Reason" is new a mandatory field on the request form in the portal.

Is there a way to deactivate this mandatory function? I can no longer remove the field.

@Laier, PetraRemove it from the create screen for the issue type linked to the request type, then remove it from the request. Also check in the Field Configuration for the project if that field is marked as Required for the issue type (turn it off if it is).
