As a JSM admin, I want to customize the subject line of individual customer notification rules (e.g., "Approval required") so that I can add prefixes like "APPROVAL REQUIRED:" to make these emails stand out on mobile devices. Currently, only the "To" and "Content" fields are editable — the subject is auto-generated and not configurable. This is critical for approval workflows where managers primarily use mobile clients.
Have you already submitted an official feature request directly on the public Atlassian issue tracker at jira.atlassian.com? This community forum won't put it up for voting and review with the Atlassian teams.
