Feature Request: Allow customization of email subject line in JSM Customer Notification rules

As a JSM admin, I want to customize the subject line of individual customer notification rules (e.g., "Approval required") so that I can add prefixes like "APPROVAL REQUIRED:" to make these emails stand out on mobile devices. Currently, only the "To" and "Content" fields are editable — the subject is auto-generated and not configurable. This is critical for approval workflows where managers primarily use mobile clients.

• This already exists under feature request processes:
  • JSDCLOUD-11235 and
  • JSDCLOUD-4911
• Please vote for these two suggestions if you see the use case for it and/or have a specific application in mind!
