Hi I need help importing issues into Jira SM, getting a fatal error regarding the string name of the business name that logged the ticket, I have them already added in my organisations in Jira SM but when adding them from the CSV file gets the below error.
Migrating from Zoho Desk (looking into using Jira, due to how clean design and how good it looks/the amazing features it offers for free).
