Since 22/04/2025, we cannot retrieve the emails to create the support tickets from a Gmail account. I removed the associated email from the Project->Channel->Email settings to re-create it. I gave the necessary authorizations but in the connectivity logs we see this error: "401 Unauthorized GET https://gmail.googleapis.com/gmail/v1/users/..."
Any idea why and how to solve this ?
It took time (a few hours) to be re-activated but then the connection was re-established and we started getting support emails back as you can see here:
Problem solved but the connectivity logs were not reassuring and it would have been interesting to know that this could require more time to be re-activated.
