Failed to run a Job in Jira Service Management

API Tokens now have an expiration of 1 year. That looks like what is happening here. You should create a new token and attach that to your job.

I've just created the token , I tried 5 times to renew a token and i still have the error message

Hmm, is it still failing with the new token also? Or was it just failing with trying to renew a token?

It might be that the user or the token has to be created in a certain way - I don't remember the details. You probably should open a support ticket with Atlassian for specific guidance on your job.
