Failed to import CSV to Jira Asset from a web address
I would like to import the CSV file from a web address to Jira Assets. As the schedule import feature still not available yet in Jira Assets, I would like to import the CSV from Sharepoint.
It failed with the generic error which didn't give me much information
The file is inaccessible at this time. Please try again laterI've tried the troubleshoot from the below article but still failed with the same error.
I thought if may be the authentication issue with O365, so I've attached the CSV file into one of the article in my Jira Spaces. But then I got another error which really confusing.
The file is not of the correct type. Please import a file in [CSV] format.
I'm sure the file is a CSV because the same file is working with the Drag and Drop file import.
Please advise what is the correct format of the web address I should put in.
