Extract worklog list with comments and time spent

Hi,

I'm testing Jira Service Management (Cloud) and I would like to know if its possible to export a detailed worklog list during a specific period of dates.

I've created a "Customer service management" project and then created 1 issue.

Then I created 3 worklogs with specific comments and time spent, in the new issue.

To generate issue list with worklog I selected "Advanced Issue Search", then "Detail view" and export the list to XML / EXCEL / CSV, etc.

For all tests, JIRA generates a single line with issue info and total time spent in the 3 worklogs.

Is it possible to export the issue list with 3 lines, each with its time spent?

If so, how can I do this?

Hi @Manuel Dias,

there're for sure add-ons that only do exports to XLS. If you're also looking for better reporting/dashboarding options, I'd highly recommend Exply to you :) The built-in exports to Excel are based on your dashboards which allow for full export-control.

Hi Manuel! Welcome to the community!

Working with work logs are a bit limited in Jira Cloud. Each Worklog has an ID though and can be extracted using the API

This is however an area for many different apps that extends the Work log features. I would recommend you to test the Tempo Timesheet addon for at lot more features around work logs.
