My external clients (part of an org in our JSM) try to add users to the +Share field and after selecting the user from the drop-down menu, it displays for a few seconds and then disappears. Our settings in Customer Permissions are allowing the customers to share.
Hi @Alyssa Humiston , is this happening to multiple customers and on multiple browsers? What about other JSM projects? If the answers are yes then this might be a bug and should be reported to Atlassian Support.
We only have one customer reporting the issue but I do not believe other customers are trying to use this feature. I will verify with other customers and check the browsers.

@Jack Brickey I confirmed with a different customer that the "+Share" function IS working for them. The customer that it is NOT working for has tried on Chrome and Edge, but now I think it's a set-up with the Organization itself. Any help would be appreciated!

If it is one customer then verify that they are indeed in the organization. You could try removing them from the org and re-adding.
