You can check the app my team has created: Advanced Portal Reports.
It will allow your customers export all their Jira Service Management tickets and will also give them a table report where they can see, search, filter their requests, including many additional details (incl. Linked issues, SLAs, custom fields, etc.), with a very simple UI.
