Exporting Requests to Excel

I'm trying to export requests to excel to provide for offline use. When I run my filter and export I'm able to see everything that I included in the filter, but I'm unable to see them in the exported spreadsheet. Is it possible to include comments and notes in the export or would it not work because it can't be filtered?

Welcome to the Community!!

The export option would not include comments/notes in Excel.

The Feature request is still Open for the same

It would be possible via an add-on where we would perform the same

You can easily export Jira Service Management comments (or any Jira issue comment) with or without internal comments to Excel with Better Excel Exporter's dedicated templates:

On top of exporting comments, you can also create different Jira Service Management Excel reports as well, like SLA Report, Approver Report, CSAT report, and more.
