Export of users from "Directory"

Hi all,

is there a possibility to export "Directory"? I need to export all users with access to customer portal and I cannot find how to export it from ServiceDesk

Hello, 

i know no way to do that via the directory (doesnt mean there isnt one, i just dont know if there is), but you could find the group you're interested in and use the REST API to get all members of the group.
