Hi Atlassian Community,
Currently, I am working to build some additional dashboards using other tools outside of Jira Service Management. I am facing an issue right now because when I exported all the issues the timezone is set to default which is UTC. This will need additional effort and processing on my end to convert this into my local timezone. This is very important because I need to filter some data based on the date and time shown in the issue to calculate some metrics.
Do you have any other easy way to convert the time in the exported data to follow the local time or the time preferences that we set in our Jira profile?
Thank you and stay safe.
HI @wahyu.nuryanto ,
There isn't a way to do this in the UI. It will need to be done with excel or google sheets.
A ticket was submitted. There are some other workarounds mention in there that you can use as well.

Hi, @Benjamin thanks for the response,
I have checked the ticket that you mentioned, the 2nd workaround is to use JQL inside the Google Sheets directly which I am currently doing as well, but my current JQL is taken directly from the Filter that I made from the UI.
Do you know any JQL query that we can use to convert the time from UTC to something else i.e. UTC+9?
