Exclude filename from WebHook Comment Created event

When a user posts a comment with an attachment, Jira sends the following text in the comment.body field:

"body": "Can you see this image? !image.png|width=43,height=41!"

Is there a way we can exclude the !image.png|width=43,height=41! on a WH level from the comment.body field?
