When I try to connect Atlassian Assist for Slack to my project, I get an unknown error.

Are you really on a free plan?

If you aren't on a free plan, I would suggest you open a ticket to Atlassian - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ as they are the only ones who can see inside your site to see what is going on.

If you can't open a support ticket and this issue persists, please reply here and we will escalate this post.

Yes, the error still persists.
I'm actually on the free plan and can't create tickets to Atlassian.
