Hi everyone,
Hi @Assad Rajab
Please show the audit log of the rule as well.
Where is the error in the rule.
Mainly this error means that the transaction fails, is this a status transaction?
Can you show the impacted workflows as well?
The audit Logs shows success, Mostly the Automation also works as intended, yet it still Shows the error with and without the automation.

Hi @Assad Rajab
Aha, this error is not in the automation but in Jira itself.
This relates to something based on one of the workflows..
Can you check you automation and see if you use the correct transition?
This as you have an any and an one way transition on all statuses, you need to specify the correct transition in the automation.
Otherwise contact Atlassian Support and have them check the logging on the backend

I don't Believe that this is an Automation issue, since the issue still Happening, even with no automation.
I will try to double check if this was related to the one way transition as you said.
Thank you for your support. I appreciate it.
