Error in Issue Automation

Hi team.

 

I am receiving this error for an specific automation:

 

Destination status could not be resolved. If using a smart-value ensure this resolves to a numeric status ID or untranslated name for issues (with current status):
SEC-175 (Work in progress - 10569)
1) This is not happening with all issues, only with some.
2) We are receiving all tickets by Automation from MS Sentinel.
3) The automation is used to Move the issue to Work in-progress when the issue is assigned to some Analyst.
4) The most interesting thing: the automation is working. When the analyst assign the ticket, the ticket is moved to WORK IN PROGRESS. But we can still see the errors messages.
5) I already added my account (admin) on the field ACTOR in Automation Rule.
Any idea? Thoughts? Below some screenshots.

@Fabiano Santana For the errors you are seeing are the issues in the open status.  My guess is that you are getting the error because an issue is just being re-assigned and it is in a status that can not be transitioned to work in progress.  Just change the rule so that when the status is open and it is assigned then it will run.  It will then ignore all the other assignments that occur and the errors will go away.
