Error code 278ec65029 when trying to create tickets in slack (Hendrix)

None of my coworkers are receiving the same error!  

I have updated both my mac and slack to the latest versions, and haven't been able to locate any articles on how to resolve

Slack could not assist with this error.

Since your coworkers aren't experiencing the same issue, the problem might be specific to your user or setup. have you tried reauthorizing jira in your Slack?
