When I enter the JIra Service Management project -> project settings -> channels & self-service -> Chat -> Add to Slack
I'm getting the error:

And the URL is:

Things to check:
- Is your chat tools already connected with JSM? Check the Chat and Video tools configuration to ensure you have a connection done with your site
- Limit. It seems to have a limit to use Chat/Assist in JSM. The limit is around 50 projects.
If the error persists, what I recommend is to open a ticket support through: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

I've already configured the JSM connection with my chat tool for notifications.
This is the first project I'm setting up, so I'm definitely not reaching the limit.
I can't open support for Atlassian directly because I'm on the free plan.
This error continues to persist without any further information from Atlassian.
