Enhancing the view of our support page to something more modern. Need assistance!

Good day,

I have been tasked with looking at resources to enhance our support pages to something more modern. I've noticed that there are other pages that customers use within in the Jira/confluence area that has a more modern field and look. I have been doing some research and see that there are templates that can be used along with courses that could be taken to update the pages and wanted to see if I could gather some assistance from the community with respect to help in updating these pages with some guidance, as well as what others have used to do this please if you can follow up and let me know your thoughts

hi @[deleted] , JSM portal configuration is, IMO, a bit limited. Have you reviewed the following and if so found it lacking when looking at your requirements?

Can you share more info on the templates you speak of and more importantly your goals/requirements?

Trying to add some color and style to the site. I know the UI is limited, but browsing though the templates I found an example of what I am trying to create

Left is our site and right is an image of what I am trying to implement with boxes and icons with images etc.

this what the template, but I don't know how to implement of this is the correct one.

Welcome to the community.  In addition to what @Jack Brickey suggested that I agreed with him - the out of the box customization to the Portal UI is limited.  However, there are other third party add-ons which can provide you with additional functionality, so you just need to review them in Atlassian Marketplace - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?category=Themes%20%26%20styles&hosting=cloud&product=jira-service-management

Lastly, if you can provide some additional clarification on what you are asking for exactly, then we will be able to assist you further if needed.

ytou dont have the ability to do that natively. you could leverage the APIs and create your own webpage. There are also marketplace applications you might consider. one such app is Refined for JSM

We currently have hyperlinked text that opens content pages. Instead, we would like to have visualized boxes for the audience to click to navigate to the content pages.
