Hello, We are currently looking for a way to verify a users' identity. For example, when a user calls the service desk, techs need to verify that this person is who they say they are. Are there any known methods to perform this verification? Is there a way to work this into Jira using an SMS code or something similar? Suggestions are welcome.

What application are you looking for this verification? I.e is it in an MSP environment? Do you have a PSA?

Look at MSP process. They have multiple modalities for this and it all initiates and is logged with PSA.
