En las configuraciones del proyecto tengo activo que se envie la encuesta de satisfacción, pero al momento de realizar las pruebas, esta encuesta nunca se envia, ¿Que error tengo? ¿que puedo hacer o revisar? gracias por su ayuda.

If Google translated right, you said in your Project Settings for JSM, under "Satisfaction settings" you have "Collect satisfaction (CSAT) feedback" turned on. Another thing to check is that usually the survey goes out when the issue is marked 'Resolved'. Are you using that as part of your workflow? If the issue resolution is 'Unresolved' the survey won't be sent.
Ya tengo todo configurado bien, y en ciertos flujos no envia la encuesta de satisfacción, es decir, tengo 3 flujos, y solo en 1 de los flujos si se envia la encuesta.

Tendrias que confirmar si estas cumpliendo con todos los requisitos configurados. Fijate los datos cargados en el ticket en el que si se envia y luego fijate los que no se envian a ver si hay algun campo incompleto o accion no realizada. A veces es condicion completar algun label, o fecha, o que este asignado a alguien, o que haya pasado por algun estado en particular, etc.
