When I attempted to update the JQL in my Jira Pie Charts, I received a 410 error from the server.
Error Message: Received the following HTTP error code from the server:410
Could you advise on how to resolve this?
Hi @Lina Xie
Welcome to the community.
Can you provide more context, what actions are you performing?
A pie chart is on a dashboard is this the default pie gadget ootb or from a 3rd party app.
HTML 410 relates to a gone status code, this means that the resource requested was once available in the past, but it has now been retired or made obsolete.
Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I was using the Jira Charts macro to display some pie charts on a Confluence page. They had been working fine until yesterday, when the issue appeared. After rebooting my laptop, the problem was resolved. Thanks for your help, I don’t have any issues anymore.
