Emailed requests - CC email addresses not being added to Requested Participants

Hi,

When a new customer is sending an email to our Jira Service Desk project - and CC'ing other people - the new customer is being added to Jira as a customer but NOT the people on the CC of the original email.

How do we fix this so that CCs to the original email are added to 'Requested Participants' .... which I assume means they also need to be added as Jira Service Desk Customers ??

Just to repeat - the people on the email CC are NOT already Jira service desk customers.

Hello,

Go to Project settings > Customer permissions > Customer sharing and change it to Customers can search for other customers within their organizations, or manually enter the email address of other customers within their project
