Email values in a form

I am building a form for when employees leave the company which is a checklist when certain items are completed that I am trying to automate informing another department. I am wanting to include fields that are in the form. This is happening by automation when the form is saved as the form is not submitted until all the work is complete. This other department automation email I want to pull in the person's name who is leaving. The field on the form is Single User, I have tried linking it to user but that is not working either. How can I inject fields from a form into an email from automation? Thanks.
