in a sandbox environment I have some issue with the pulling of email in jsm project
after some investigation I find the possible cause.
In System> global mail settings
I found this error:
The error you found is a Server DC error only. This can't happen in Cloud.
As these are java arguments states in a startup file, that doesn't exist in Cloud.
So if you get this message in your Jira, you are not on Cloud but on an on-prem installation, contact your IT and who manages the instance needs to shut it down, modify the setenv.sh or setenv.bat file and adjust the JVA arguments.
