Email processing for a project work 98% of the time....

To start it off we're using the free version so I have no logs to view or troubleshoot with.  We're only using this version with a single project and a single email processing agent that is attahced to a google account.  It's configured and works fairly well but we noticed that this morning around 3:41am PST it failed to grab one email.  It did get email before and after this specific one but for whatever reason it did not pull in this single one.  It wasn't a duplicate either or spam.

 

Any ideas?

are you using a custom email for email requests? If so can you login an find "unread" emails? If you go to project settings > email requests is there a view logs link? if so are there any failures around the time of the email requests that were not processed?
