Email not in correct language

Hi,

I've changed the email template to portuguese: http://prntscr.com/v070zd

And my site also has portuguese as default language: http://prntscr.com/v0719x

But I received the email in english: http://prntscr.com/v070qs

Shouldn't I receive a message exactly as I wrote, in portuguese?
