Hi,
We moved out mail to office 356 and now are connecting jira to office via the azure connection. However older Email between disconnecting old one and connecting new one are not showing. In the documentation it states that if you remove the email (to other folder i presume) and add then unread to the inbox they should be processed. However i do not see this happening. New email are working fine.
Do you know a workaround?

Are the missing messages in the new emails inbox? If the answer is yes you can just mark them as unread and they will be picked up by the email handler. If they are in the old emails inbox there is no way for them to be picked up and you would need to forward them to the new email address.
