Email base routing for ticket creation and assigning

Like i have usecase for single resource currently want same under one dashboard for all different projects.
Like if email is coming for it.support@gmail.com should create a tcket for the same and assigned to it person , sales@gmail.com should create a ticket and assign to sales 
and similarly have 4 more emails .
this all should be tracked under one dashboard.

note : no need to create different project for the same.

Could you please let me know what is the email you see by going to your project settings > Channels and self service > Email?
