Edit a customer name

I need to edit a name of a customer in a section "CHANNELS & PEOPLE". I am able to edit organization but not the customer name. When I click on "View profile" of the customer I get this page despite the customer exist:

Hi Noemi - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You will not be able to modify the name of the customer. The customer must modify their name directly themselves - you do not have access to that.
