Each service space can have up to 10 connected email accounts

I have an environment with a service management (service desk) project which can ads up to 10 email adresses. 

Each service space can have up to 10 connected email accounts

I want to create a new fresh space but now it says: 

You can connect one email account to each service space.

I've sign up for a complet new Jira environment and I can add 10.

Please help me, I don't ant to forwarded emailadresses.

Could you provide screenshots of this, pls?

I created a new space in my instance and I can add 10 email addresses.

So I can't replicate your current issue.

Other question, why do you require so much addresses, what is the requirement for this?
