Dynamic Drop down based on User

Hi Community,

Is there a way to create a dropdown selection based on the user that is login in?

I have a list of processes in Excel, and each process has an owner.

I want JSM that shows a Dropdown with the processes that are relevant to the user submitting the request.

I´m trying to avoid displaying 200 processes and the user is only interested in 1 of those 200

Hi @Sebastian Villalobos,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You could do this using Assets and scope filtering if you are on the premium plan. All you would need is a field that the user first select, like owner, and that would filter out the relevant processes for that owner in the second field. The article above has a good example. I use scope filtering for peripheral requests that is based on location.
