DueDate is taking prior date from current date

Hello All,

We have 'Due Date' field where we should allow user to enter future date not past date. Currently JSD is allowing to enter past date. Could you please help us to take only future date or current date.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

On Jira Service Desk it's possible to add a validator to the field, but this is available only for Classic projects.

If you are using a Classic one, please check the steps I mentioned on the community post below:

If you are using next-gen, currently there is no option to add validators to workflow and the workaround is to add a description to the field informing the customer to do not use past dates.
