Hi @Irina Izofatenko ,

I am guessing that the resolution field is not consistently set when you move issues to a closed status. For Jira, "resolved" issues are not based on the status of the issue, but on the resolution field being set.

Can you show how to set the resolution field?

Setting the resolution field is done through your workflow. There are 2 options:

  • automatically using a post function;
  • manually via a transition screen

This article has video instructions on both scenarios.
