As an admin, i am currently using the new navigation and did not see much changes to the customer portal. Please confirm, so that i will exclude the customers from my communications regarding the change. Also the atlassian page detailing the change doesnt mention a date when the new navigation will be rolled out to all the agents. It says few weeks. Any idea how far it is ? Thanks!
Hi @swapna baswa I would agree with you, it doesn't appear that the Customer-Only Portal has changed. I went through the documentation I could find and didn't see any references to changes in the portal.
