Does deleting migrated tickets from original project effect the tickets in the new project?

Hi, 

I am new to Jira and taking small steps towards learning about it.

I did a bulk migration of around 150 tickets from an existing Jira Service Management Project to a new one. Now, I want to delete the migrated tickets from the original project. Will this have any impact on the tickets migrated to the new project? Will these tickets be deleted from the new project also?

Issues are separate items from each other.  Deleting one issue has no effect on another, except when two issues are parent/child or are linked together, in which case the link will disappear from the remaining issue because there's nothing to link to any more.
