Does Jira have a custom field or any app that I can use to input Signatures?

I need a field like this one to use in one of my ticket templates, but I can't find it anywhere.

It looks like Contract Signatures for Jira has a signature field that you could use. There are also other apps in the Marketplace that allows for e-sign, but it doesn't look like they have draw field.
