Does Jira Service Management support DUO?

Hello, 

We are evaluating Jira Service Management and wanted to know if anyone is using DUO with it?  I have not been able to determine if Jira Service Management supports DUO.

Welcome to the community.  In Atlassian Cloud, it does support DUO (i.e. authenticate against your own IDP/AD).  However, it requires a separate fee based product - Atlassian Access.

Also note that typically DUO is used against users of your env who are JSM agents/admin and your site admins etc.. Customers of your instance should not be bounded by DUO.
