Does JSM need to give PowerBI special permissions?

Hi,

I'm trying to pull data in from Jira Service Management to PowerBI using the connector from Appfire. I'm having issues where these projects just aren't showing up in PowerBI. I'm wondering if I'm overlooking something like a permission.

Would anyone have any ideas on what I can try?

Thanks!

Hi @Heather Ronnebeck

I looked at the documentation and its very unclear for me, how the setup is working and how permissions are set or need to be set.

You could reach out to their support portal and they should be able to give you the correct guidelines.

Appfire support

P.S.

I use the Power BI Connector for Jira form Alpha Server and do like this way better.

We have trialed the appfire one also in our decision and we found it the one we disliked the most (personal preference)
