Is there ability to connect remotely the impacted device through insight and fix the issue by performing the required steps instead of asking the user to do it or to go in person and solve it?

No Insights does not do that. I don't know of any addon for this. Any solution would be device specific. For example connecting to a printer is different than a server and is different than a laptop etc.
