Does Coralogix integration support auto-closing/resolving alerts on resolved events in JSM Standard?

Hi,

We are using Jira Service Management (Standard plan) with the native Coralogix integration.

We configured alias mapping (using id), and deduplication works correctly — repeated events with the same alias increase the count.

However, when Coralogix sends a resolved event ($ALERT_ACTION = resolved), the alert is not closed/resolved. Instead, it is processed as:

"integrationActionName": "Create Alert" and deduplicated.

We also confirmed:

  • The incoming payload includes a resolved state

  • Alias is correctly mapped

  • There is no "Close alert" action available in automation or integration UI

Questions:

  1. Does the Coralogix integration support automatic alert closure on resolved events in JSM Standard?

  2. If yes, what field or payload format is required for JSM to interpret the event as a close action?

  3. If not, is this functionality only available with advanced integration settings (Premium plan)?

Thanks.

Hi @Semyon Aronov ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!  If I am understanding your question correctly you are trying resolve an Alert using the Coralogix Integration with JSM Ops.

There shouldn't be any special body needed as per the Coralogix Integration documentation.  You should just able to send the request along using the close endpoint as highlighted here.

Is that what you are looking to do?

If I am misunderstanding your ask please let me know and I am happy to try to review further.

Best,
Andy
