Hello everyone!

I want to put more information near the "view issue" button, but I'm unable to edit it via JIRA.

Is there any way to do it? I can't find information to do so.

Hi @Naya Fabiani 

• Go to your project > project settings
• Customers notifications > Edit Template

The above will edit the master template, and the things you want:

You can always edit individual customers notifications if you want.

Hi @Alex Koxaras -Relational- my fear of messing all the projects made me not seeing the button since in our Jira is just a very tiny hyperlink.
