I was wondering if it possiable to disble this in JIra? everytime we replay on a request the customer gets this window and then the replay from os after.
Welcome to the community. Are you asking to prevent Customers from getting system notification when an issue status is updated? If so, you can update your JSM project's "Customer Notification" setup by disabling the default event (Project settings >> Customer notifications)
However, I don't recommend this type of action because once it is disabled, the customer will no longer get notifications when his/her requests statuses (visible statuses) have changed. What is your justification for not wanting the notification?

I was just wondering if is possiable, we just want to sent as little as possiable for the customer. - But i think about we wil just have it like it is.
