Is it possible to disable notifications that are generated by a certain user or application?
We utilise an SLA application that updates SLA times, seemingly via a user profile.
Is there a way to disable the notifications generated when it does so?
It's a useful function but it generates far too many notifications for everyone when their tickets are updated.
When you say SLA application are you referring to an addon? I wonder if it has the means of disabling the notification similar to how Automation does so?
It is an add-on, yes.
I have access to the configuration/set-up of it, but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a setting relating to notifications.
Is there a way in JSM to prevent Notifications from certain sources, or would we need to contact the creator of the add-on?
