Did not mean to sign up- talk to a live person

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I hit the wrong button and got all these e mails from Altassian about how I signed up For an account. Every time I try to send a message it just goes through one drop down menu to another and can’t send a message. I need a number to talk to a real person.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Atlassian doesn't provide telephone support, except to paying customer on the Enterprise subscription. We will do our best to offer you guidance.

There are two things you might sign up for;

1. Creating a user account in Atlassian Cloud. The user account can be granted access to Atlassian Cloud products.

2. Signing up for a subscription to an Atlassian Cloud product.

Do you know which you signed up for?

If you are not sure, can you provide the content of the emails you received (obscuring confidential data) to help us ascertain which of these you did?

If you signed up for a product, you can cancel the subscription yourself through https://admin.atlassian.com, going to the Billing tab to manage your subscription.
