Device42 for Jira Service Management Asset app keeps loading in Sync tab

I am using the Device42 for Jira Service Management Assets addon on Jira. The problem I am facing is the Sync tab is not loading anything.

I have configured the app as directed in the video present https://device42.wistia.com/medias/b087w5fps8

I can see that the connection has been established in the app with device42. However, the Sync app never loads any information.

I couldn't find any way to troubleshoot this issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the community.  Since Device42 is a third party add-on, I would recommend you to contact the https://support.device42.com vendor directly for support on the issue you found.
